Ik combineer mijn ervaring als consultant met praktische product- en softwareontwikkeling. KPN — AI adoption and change
Led the AI workstream of a change programme investigating why operational employees were not using newly introduced AI tools. I identified barriers across the tools, their implementation and the surrounding management approach, then designed workshops and coaching interventions. The programme contributed to an adoption increase of approximately 40% and a reconsideration of how new tools were developed and introduced.
Politie Nederland — Conversational-AI solution
Designed and built a digital replacement for a paper-based innovation process used by operational police officers. The conversational-AI tool helps users formulate problems and ideas more clearly, surfaces related submissions and stores the input in a searchable database. I also delivered workshops for innovation leads across national teams on AI risks, applications and adoption.
Teamtale.ai — AI product development
Led the development of an AI-enabled platform from early prototype to a production-grade product. I combined product leadership with hands-on engineering and coordinated a small development team. The resulting platform is now used by large corporate customers.
Bamboi.nl — Process automation and systems integration
Mapped the organisation’s core processes and designed a connected operational environment around an adapted ERP system, integrations and purpose-built applications. The solution automated substantial parts of the company’s day-to-day operations and reduced its dependence on manual coordination.
Learnables — AI-powered content platform
Built the mobile application, desktop product, backend and content-production infrastructure for a language-learning platform. Its AI-enabled system produces complete books and picture books, translates them into multiple languages and generates audio for every word and sentence. The product reached approximately one million monthly organic views, over 1,000 monthly installs and €450 in recurring monthly revenue.
Broader delivery experience
Through my work in software delivery and venture building, I have contributed to SaaS products, AI agents, automations, webshops and internal software. I have led distributed development teams of 12+ people, facilitated more than 45 workshops and repeatedly taken ideas from an initial conversation to a working MVP in approximately two months.
